A Montana fugitive wanted on five theft convictions has been captured in Idaho.
48 year old Bryon Kancilia of Roundup vanished for six weeks after missing a sentencing hearing.
A judge in Musselshell County has now sentenced him to 30 years in prison with 15 years suspended, and ordered Kancilia to pay more than $55,000 in restitution.
He was convicted of selling property he didn't own and used property he didn't own as collateral.
Kancilia has 16 felonies on his record.
