Realtors in Northwest Montana hope the housing market's hit a bottom. In June 88 homes sold in the Flathead County. That's ten less than june 2008 but some Experts say the statistics show a positive trend. And that July sales are close to ones recorded before the housing market dropped. We're told many of those houses sold were in foreclosure.
