The housing market continues to struggle around the country, but in Montana, it's staying resilient. One Website, among many, is helping to bring buyers and sellers together. You can choose to search by neighborhood, or you can pick by school district. You can even choose based on crime statistics.
One realtor we spoke with said of the website, "It's probably the number one thing that drives people to the neighborhoods, to know what they're like."
Trulia.com brings together all types of housing information. It makes it a lot easier for buyers to educate themselves and find their dream home. Buyer beware though. The realtors we spoke with said some of the housing price information is skewed. So they do have to take time to educate buyers about the misinformation. Both realtors estimate that at least 80% of buyers are looking online before coming to a realtor.
