Each morning on MONTANA TODAY, Monte and the gang give away daily prizes to lucky winners. These rules apply.
* No purchase necessary to enter or win.
* Employees of KECI-TV, KCFW-TV or KTVM-TV and their relatives are not eligible to win.
* Stations are not responsible for faulty telephone communication or other problems or errors of any kind.
* Prizes are non-transferable. No cash or other substitutions will be offered. No changes will be allowed. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner, where applicable.
RELEASE: By participating in this contest and accepting a prize, winners release stations, suppliers, retailers, agents, parent or sister companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, broadcast affiliates, from loss, harm, damage, cost or expense, including all reasonable counsel fees and court costs incurred and including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with acceptance and/or use of the prize or while participating in or traveling to any prize related activity.
