While many businesses in Missoula are feeling the ripple effects from Smurfit-stone and Montana Rail Link's recent lay offs, one business has found success in these hard times.
"You know what consider it a wedding present how's that?" said Rick Bice, Owner of Allegra Print and Imaging.
It's that generosity and passion Rick Bice, the owner of Allegra Print and Imaging, feels sets him apart from other businesses. "I've been doing this 24 years. I love every second of it and love the growth, love working with a lot of people.The customers and the employees. Everyday is adventure for me and it's just my personality I love it," said Bice.
Last year alone was a record year and the biggest they've seen."We're seeing a great big up turn. People are really looking at the sign business to get their word out," said Bice.
Allgera has nine employees and specializes in a variety of services.
"I am affected, but I'm going to keep my positive attitude through the whole thing. Because I love what I do, I have a passion for my business, my employees and for the community," said Bice.
He also, believes only you can make a difference in your life and business."life goes on and we just have to keep going and we will. Our destiny is not ruled by some big company back in New York. not out here anyway. Our destiny is ruled by ourselves," said Bice.
Allegra Print and Imaging is a positive example of how other businesses can be succeed.
